Shine a Light: Supporting Survivors Through the Radiate Coalition
Imagine a world where survivors of abuse and trafficking find not just refuge, but a path to true healing and restoration. This vision is at the heart of the Radiate Coalition, an organization dedicated to providing comprehensive aftercare to those who have endured unimaginable hardships.
On Sunday, April 27, our church will welcome a representative from the Radiate Coalition to share their mission during the announcement segment of our worship service. Following the service, we invite you to a special luncheon where you can engage directly with the representative, learn more about their transformative work, and explore ways to support their cause.
The Radiate Coalition believes in addressing the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs of survivors. Through Christ-centered programs like their Restoration and Transition homes, they offer safe housing and tailored support to help individuals reclaim their lives. Their commitment extends to community engagement, providing resources and opportunities for supporters to make a tangible difference.
This luncheon is a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of the challenges faced by survivors and discover how our congregation can contribute to bringing light into the darkness of human trafficking. Whether you’re moved to volunteer, donate, or simply learn more, your participation can be a step toward healing and hope for many.
Please RSVP for the luncheon by April 20. We look forward to coming together as a community to support the vital work of the Radiate Coalition.
